After a surgery procedure it is imperative you have a plan in place for post discharge care. Your risk of infection and falls, mismanaged medications, and failure to meet dietary and exercise needs can greatly increase. With Curvy Contour, you can feel confident that there is a plan in place to help you or your loved one make the after-surgery care transition successful. 

We have three different packages to choose from. Packages include transportation to and from surgery, prescription drop off and pick up, lymphatic drainage massages, meal prep and more. 

Our team of after surgery care experts know the right questions to ask your discharge planner, nurse or surgical coordinator, so we can create a personalized care plan that meets all your needs. We specially train every member of our post-op care team in the transition that occurs when patients are discharged from the hospital to their homes, and we are here for you through every step of that process.
